I started The Ginger Snapped Cookie Company with a simple mission: to create delicious, high-quality cookies (and other assorted treats) that bring joy to my customers' lives. I use only the best ingredients and our recipes are made from scratch.

I welcome personal through corporate sized orders utilizing our Icing Images Blue Printer to deliver clean and crisp logo reproduction. Any photo that is high resolution may be reproduced onto your cookies and other mediums such as chocolate and pie crusts. Want your face, your pet, or a memorable event on your cookie? At The Ginger Snapped Bakery, I offer a wide variety of special occasion cookies, printed corporate logo cookies, chocolate covered sandwich cookies (with or without customization), dessert breads, cocoa bombs, and more. From classic roll out sugar cookies to fully custom orders, I can create something for everyone.

Hilary Cohen is the sole owner, baker, and creator of The Ginger Snapped. Based in Norfolk, MA on a property where she is inspired by nature and animals daily, Hilary grabs inspiration for her creations from her customers, nature, and is also not intimidated to try new techniques in the kitchen to translate into baked goods. The Ginger Snapped is a home based bakery business licensed under a Massachusetts Residential Kitchen Permit. Inspected and insured.
